Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse the online boutique, select your items, choose your size and color (if applicable), and add them to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not at this time. We hope in the future to!
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email with a link to track via "Shop".
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Q: Are sale items eligible for return?
A: Sale or clearance items are final sale.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
